Known pancreatic mass or cyst, epigastric pain radiating to back, weight loss, painless jaundice

Scan Range

1. Without Contrast - From diaphragm through top of SI joints
2. Arterial Phase - From diaphragm through top of SI joints
3. Venous Phase - From diaphragm through top of SI joints

100cc-125cc Isovue 370 or equivalent

Injection Rate

3cc-5cc/sec Prefer 4

Non-contrast first with 30 sec delay for arterial phase, 80 sec delay for venous phase.

Oral Contrast

Give patient 8-12 oz of water just prior to scan
