Common Histories / Key Words: Meniscal Tear, Ligament Tear, Tendon Tear, Internal Derangement
AXIAL - Acquired from above the patella to below the patellar tendon insertion.

CORONAL - Parallel to the posterior condylar line.

SAGITTAL - Perpendicular to the posterior condylar line (coronal line) NOT parallel to the medial margin of the lateral femoral condyle.
