■    (1) 5 cc syringe - contrast
■    (1) 10 cc syringe - lido/bicarb
■    18 G needle
■    25 G needle
■    22 G Whitacre 3 1/2" needle
■    Extension tubing
■    (3) 10 cc syringes for nurse to fill with blood
■    Start IV (18 G needle)
■    Tourniquet
■    Band-Aid
■    Remover lotion
