SUPPLIES:
■    60 cc Optiray per leg (2) syringes
■    20 cc saline                     (2) syringes
■    Tourniquets (4)
■    Alcohol wipes
■    21-gauge butterfly needles (2) (have 23s on hand)
■    Cotton balls
■    Paper tape

PROCEDURE:
Slide foot board towards head of table ~ 24 inches so tube can see the ankles.
Put a sandbag under the foot that is not being studied.
